3. COSMO and aviation-related material

COSMO and other aviation-related demonstrations are prototypes or research demonstrations unless LINIR TEC expressly states otherwise in a written client agreement. Public demonstration output must not be relied upon as approved maintenance data, maintenance instructions, engineering advice, airworthiness approval, safety-critical guidance or an operational decision.

Website content is not a substitute for advice or approval from an appropriately qualified or authorised engineer, maintenance organisation, airworthiness authority, legal adviser or other regulated professional.
